Neck and Shoulder Pain
Tension, restricted movement, postural strain, headaches, and discomfort related to work or daily activity.
Clinical soft tissue work helps address pain, restricted movement, physical strain, and patterns that interfere with daily activity.
The Approach
The area that hurts is not always the only area contributing to the problem. Muscles, connective tissue, joints, posture, and movement patterns all influence how the body functions.
Chris considers the body as a whole while paying close attention to the specific concern that brought you in. Each session is adapted to your history, symptoms, movement, and goals.

Individualized Care
Treatment is not based on a fixed routine. We adapt as the body changes.
The work may focus on the area of discomfort as well as related regions that influence posture, movement, or muscular balance.
Communication remains part of the process throughout the session. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, describe what they are feeling, and provide feedback.
During a Session
The specific techniques used will depend on the client and the concern being addressed.
A conversation about your symptoms, history, daily activities, and goals, along with observation of posture or movement when appropriate.
Hands-on work directed toward muscles, connective tissue, and related structures that may be contributing to discomfort or restriction.
Movement may be checked during the session to help evaluate changes and guide the next part of treatment.
